With our iTero Element Scanner, we can digitally capture a detailed 3D model of your teeth and gums. Not only is this process far more comfortable than the old putty based impressions, but it’s faster and can offer a superior clinical endpoint.
CONE BEAM CT FOR DENTAL IMPLANTS
This device scans the whole dentition and provides the dentist with crucial information for those who are seeking an implant procedure. With this technology, it is possible for the dentist to build a 3-D model of the jaw and teeth. The 3-D model will help the dentist plan for complex implant cases before the procedure itself begins.
With the Cone Beam CT, the doctor can also project a 3-D model of what the patient’s teeth will look like after the procedure is completed. This allows for both the patient and the doctor to have a better understanding of what to expect from the procedure.
DIGITAL X-RAYS
With this technology, the dentist can capture a computerized image of any given set of teeth without the use of traditional photographic film. These images are helpful in the planning multiple cosmetic interventions including: implants, crowns & bridges, and veneers. Compared to traditional X-Rays, we can receive imagery much quicker, but the greater benefit is that the patient is exposed to far less radiation with this technology.
INTRA-ORAL CAMERA
In order to make better diagnoses and educate patients, an intra-oral camera is used for every procedure in our office. This camera renders a crisp, true-to-life image of the insides of a mouth, thus providing both the doctor and the patient with a clearer picture of the existing condition/s. This is an essential tool that allows patients to follow along while the dentist explains the steps that need to be taken. The device also allows for the dentist to instantly archive the image to the patient’s records.
CAESY CLOUD TECHNOLOGY
Caesy Cloud is an online web archive that contains over 280 multimedia presentations with educational content on multiple dental procedures. They come complete with 3D animations, colorful images, and clear, informative narration. These videos are a fantastic tool for patient education and can be viewed from both a desktop or a mobile device.
ENDODONTIC INSTRUMENTS FOR ROOT CANAL WITH DIGITAL APEX LOCATOR
Using state-of-the-art endodontic tools, the doctor is able to prepare and shape root canals and remove dental pulp, thereby preserving the tooth. The Digital Apex Locator is able to determine the length of the root canal space, thus helping the dentist perform more precise and effective root canal work.
